This was originally a Photo meme called Weekend Snapshot that I saw from Sasha. I joined in the Caravan but failed to post a photo for the past two weeks because of my very hectic sked. Until I was ready to post one when I found out that the author of the meme dropped my name off the link (I can’t blame her/him for I am really a tease and unpredictable) so I decided to make my own except that this is not a meme but another series of OTWOMD (I really have to create my own TV station haha). This series will be posted every weekend or in times when I don’t have anything to write (cheater!!!). So here is my very first entry for “The Big Picture” wielding my amateur powers in photography and using only my very very loyal yet very unreliable Nokia 6630 Phone Cam.
(Toasted) I was boiling two eggs during last saturday’s breakfast to go with my mom’s delicious macaroni soup (sopas) but because I am so preoccupied with so many things, the eggs ended up like these. Our house was filled with smoke and the smell of a burning rubber (that’s the smell of a burnt egg shell). When I took off the shell, I was dumbfounded. I said to my self “so this is what my eggs will look like if I pursue my vocation for priesthood…” just kidding haha. Enjoy the week everyone!!

Ugly-scary-funny-looking eggs! sobrang babad kasi sa BLOG, kaya ayan parang na-tetanu ang itlog mo.
Actually it happened to me too, not with the eggs. Well I used the stove as instant cigarette lighter, kapag maliwanag you won’t see the burning flame. I usually cover it with a cork-board if not in used tapos pinapatong ko yung electric kettle so I thought na switched-off ko na, biglang nag auto unplugged lahat na power supply dahil nasusunog na rin yung cord ng kettle.

@Sasha - Oo nga sis. di ko nga rin alam kung bakit nawala link ko dun. dalawa beses ko nilagay eh tapos nawala uli haha. Hindi naman kasalanan yun ni WS kasi ako din etong napakakupad mag post. kaya nahiya na ako. kaya eto gumawa ng sarili wag lang mapent-up yung frustration dun sa meme na yun hahaha.
Alam mo ang baho nyan. pero since that was the last eggs and talagang I was very hungry that morning, I removed the eschar (burnt parts) and ate it haha

nya! mukhang nasunog na pandesal. hehehehe. naalala ko nakasunog din ako ng kawali lang. kasi nagluto ako ng hotdog tapos nailagay ko na sa plato at nakain ko na nga eh. tapos natulog ako. tapos nagising ako kasi puno na ng usok ang bahay, yun pala nung kinuha ko yung hotdog sa kawali, nakalimutan ko patayin ang apoy. so yun, sunog ang kawali. hehe.
